Hello There

I'm mostly known as Mingtama, Mingtamax, or Tamaxming. I go by She/Her and I draw on my free time. I love tamagotchi but I also like vocaloid, kirby, yo-kai watch, gen 1 of pokemon, nicktoons from the 1990s-early to mid 2000s, street fighter, and making things. My current art styles are partially based on pencil drawn stickers and postcards from the late 1990s to the early 2000s.

I made my internet debut in February of 2020 under the name "mingtama", which is part of a nickname I had growing with the word "tama" which is short for tamagotchi. Originally, I did whatever showed on my feed but slowly started to do animations based on an older AU I had that features two real characters and many OCs. I slowly abandoned this AU in favor of returning to tamagotchi related content. I still animate but it comes really slow.

In June of 2022, I started an art series titled "Day # of redesigning tamagotchis", now known as "Redesigning tamagotchis" where I do redesign tamagotchis which started out by request until I revive it and do it by choice. I started revealing the lore around the second volume that inspired me to create this website which also included some early headcanons I had made (Soon to be add).
